Q: When can I book the virtual wine tasting experiences?
A: Anytime! The timing is customizable to you and your group. We recommend finding a few dates and times that work for your group and we will work to align with our availability. Once you purchase your package, we will reach out to reserve and book a date/time. Please feel free to email us if you'd like to check the date/time in advance of purchasing a package.
Q: How many people can participate?
A: We welcome all sizes of groups from couples to large corporate groups to everything in between! Most of our kits serve 2 individuals so feel free to couple up!
Q: Do you ship nationwide? Out of the country?
A: Yes, we do ship nationwide, but there are some restrictions within certain states we would need to chat through- but yes! We welcome and continue to work with customers from out of the country for our virtual experiences. We have some creative options to welcome all to the tastings.
Q: When will the shipment/kits arrive to me?
A: Good question. We typically need a good 7-10 days but have been known to expedite shipments faster depending on the situation. There are a few seasonal delays that elongate the shipping times that one should be aware of when ordering kits- these being related to weather and volume of shipments. We coincide our delivery services with logistical shipping carriers such as (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
