Picture it: the summer sun low over the farm, a glass of wine in hand, and thoughtfully-picked pours elevating every course. For one evening, The Wine Militia is teaming up with Fox Point Farms to turn the fields into a farm-to-table celebration, five distinctive wines from two standout California producers, paired with a chef's four-course, family-style dinner served right beside the fields.This isn't a tasting you sit through. It's an evening you settle into.
The Wineries
Two boundary-pushing, minimal-intervention California producers, side by side for the night:
Piazza Family Wines - a boutique, family-owned winery rooted in Santa Barbara County, honoring both the land and the people involved.
Luna Hart Wines - a small-batch brand working with delicacy and precision to extract the soul of the grapes, using fruit from sustainable, organic, and biodynamic vineyards.
What to Expect
A family-style, four-course farm dinner with five wines to sip - set against golden-hour farm scenery, with great conversation throughout and a relaxed, casual atmosphere.

A fun Blind Wine Tasting Class for all palates - 7 wines, tasting techniques, vinyl spinning, and a ridiculously fun game to top it off.
Blind Wine Tasting
Get ready for a lively and approachable blind wine tasting experience. This class features 8 wines, sparkling to start, 3 whites, 4 reds, designed to sharpen your palate while keeping things fun and unpretentious. You’ll learn practical blind tasting techniques using both deductive and sense memory methods, perfect for any level of wine lover. Then, put your new skills to the test in a playful game that’s guaranteed to bring laughs and maybe a little friendly competition. Prizes await the top tasters, and everyone takes home tasting tools and analysis cards for future adventures in wine.
